Language Education

We have formed a business partnership with NOZOMI Academy Japanese Language School in Ho Chi Minh City, which has produced many international students. The school's team of experienced Japanese language teachers, including several native Japanese speakers, provides practical and high-quality Japanese language education using the latest equipment.

Cultural Experiences

The student dormitory is equipped with tatami rooms, and we regularly hold Japanese cultural experience events with the participation of local residents. During their waiting period before departure, trainees can experience a variety of traditional Japanese cultures such as karuta, calligraphy, mochi-making, and Tanabata.

Dedicated Post-
Departure Support

To encourage long-term stability at their host companies, our Vietnamese staff continue to communicate with trainees through Zalo group chats even after they depart for Japan. This allows us to address any issues promptly before they escalate.

Strong Communication Skills

STEP01.

Candidate Recruitment

We recruit suitable candidates from all over Vietnam using proper methods to match the job requirements of Japanese host companies. We never use malicious intermediaries or brokers!

STEP02.

Candidate
Selection

First, we conduct a document screening to confirm the accuracy of the candidate's resume and other documents, and to ensure they meet the job requirements. Then, in a preliminary interview, including a physical examination, we strictly check the suitability of the candidate.

STEP03.

Interview

From the candidates who have passed our selection process, you can then select those who meet your requirements through either a face-to-face interview in Vietnam or a remote interview via video call from Japan.

STEP04.

Pre-Departure
Training

To ensure that technical intern trainees can smoothly carry out their training plans after entering Japan, we provide comprehensive guidance encompassing not only the Japanese language but also Japanese laws, customs, and culture.

Japanese Language
Education

Experienced Japanese language teachers, including full-time Japanese staff, teach Japanese efficiently using our unique in-house curriculum. 100% of our trainees obtain the N5 certificate, and we have a 75% success rate in reaching the N4 level.

Life Guidance

In addition to Japanese language studies, we incorporate classes that teach Japanese rules and manners. Furthermore, students live together in a dormitory for about half a year, where they receive strict guidance from the dormitory manager to prepare them for life in Japan.
